What the app holds

The app stores exactly three things on your device: a revocable access token in the iOS Keychain (protected by Face ID / your passcode), your app preferences (language, voice on/off), and any notes queued while you were offline. Your password is never entered on, sent to, or stored by this app.

Voice

Dexie listens only while you talk to her — after a tap, never ambiently. Audio is processed to text and immediately discarded, on your device for English, Spanish, and German, or on our servers for Hebrew. Only text transcripts are kept, in your PRODEX workspace, exactly like messages you type.

Your data stays in PRODEX

The app is a window into your existing PRODEX workspace. It keeps no separate copy of your business data, and what it shows follows the same access rules as your seat in the web app. De-linking the device (Settings → De-link, or revoking the token from PRODEX on the web) cuts the app off instantly.
